Free Ways to Support IDEA Volunteer
Volunteers are key to IDEA’s success. Individual and group projects make it possible to more
effectively provide education and health care in Sierra Leone. For more information, please

IDEA participates in charity malls, search engines and loyalty card programs
which make it possible to support the cause when you make a purchase or surf
the net .
Charity Malls
IDEA Foundation also participates in the following charity malls: goodshop.com,
and iGive.com. The IDEA Foundation will
receive an average donation of about 1.5% of purchases made through these sites
when IDEA Foundation is selected as your charity of choice. Hundreds of your
favorite online stores participate.

Search Engines
Support the IDEA Foundation while you surf
the web. Each time you search from GoodSearch or iSearchiGive IDEA
Foundation gets 1¢. The pennies add up fast.
Loyalty Cards
The IDEA Foundation participates in the
Albertsons Community Cares Program and the Tom Thumb Good Neighbor
Program. Any time qualifying purchases are made and credited to an
account that is linked to the IDEA Foundation, a minimum of 1% of
the value of that purchase is donated to the IDEA Foundation.
- Albertsons shoppers can have 1-5% of purchases donated to the
IDEA Foundation through the Albertsons
Community Cares Program. Here is the printable
barcode to have scanned when you check
out.
- Tom Thumb shoppers can have 1% of purchases donated to the IDEA
Foundation through the Tom Thumb Good Neighbor Program. Here is the printable
form to link your Tom Thumb Rewards Card to the
IDEA Foundation’s organization number (11924).

Because IDEA has a grant that covers administrative
expenses, 100% of donation goes directly to support programs. Your
tax-deductable donation will make a real and lasting difference in
the lives of Sierra Leoneans. A honorarium or memorial gift to IDEA
is a meaningful way to appreciate a loved one.
